Finding the right real estate professional who can help you find the right home is half the battle. We work with qualified renters who are ready to move into a home within 60 days. In order to provide responsive service, the following items must be provided by the potential tenant at your consultation in our office prior to visiting property:
1. Valid ID or drivers license
2. 2 recent pay stubs from employer or last year tax return for self employed individuals.
3. Completed Resident and Employment Package with $50 non-refundable fee
4. Bring a cashiers check in the amount of $350 payable to Maximum One Realty, for a non-refundable retainer fee and Resident & Employment Backround Check fee. Complete the Resident & Employment Background Check package prior to meeting at our office.
5. Exclusive Tenant Brokerage Agreement will be signed.
